froggy: CHEK@ Do you really think so? To my mind snowboarding is one of the most extreme sport. It's difficult(may be impissible) to say what's the most extreme sport. But just look at snowboarding competitions. Just look how professional snowboarders monouvres, sliding down the mountain. And you think that it's not really extreme??
Win_S: Actually, extreme sport are not so "extreme". To my mind, weightlifting is more extreme than snowboarding, kitesurfing etc.. & the main thing. I am skater. I love skateboarding. Extreme is to use shpory when the teacher is very near or to be late for meeting with boyfriend for an hour or to try to meet with your friend at a metro station where there are a lot of ways to go out or to go to a rock concert and t get accuwainted with all your favourite musicians!!! My life is ful of extreme!!!

I agree with you, people can live with adrenalin and the ways they get it can be various!
dava: Extreme sports? Of course, some of them are really cool! Surfing, snowboarding and BMX, for example. But i can't understand people, who like such kind of extreme spots as base jumping. Of course, it gives you a lot of adrenaline, but it's not the reason to risk.
